Thank you for shopping at AAA Jewels! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Time Limit: All returns must be initiated within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this period.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged or used products.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us Within 24 Hours: Email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Images of the product(s) with packaging and tags
- Unboxing Video: Crucially, you MUST provide an uninterrupted video of the unboxing process, showing exactly how the package was delivered. This video is mandatory for any return or exchange claim.
- Approval: Once we receive your email and verify the unboxing video, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
Return/Exchange Process
- Approval: Upon approval, we will schedule the return pickup or provide instructions for you to ship the product back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be deducted from the refund or the exchange value.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition. Products returned in damaged or used condition will not be exchanged or refunded.
Refund Options
- Exchange: Once the returned item is received, we will ship the requested exchange item (subject to availability).
- Refund: We do not provide any refund. Incase of any issues, we will provide a store credit.
Timeline
Once we receive the returned product, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 days.
Delivery Issues
If our delivery partner makes three failed attempts to deliver your order and the package is returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund.
